To start:  A fruit based starter is offered each day

e.g. fresh fruit salad, melon with strawberries, pink grapefruit with dried fruits etc.

Cereals, organic yoghurt, muesli, juices always available.

(Fried or scrambled egg, locally produced sausages and back bacon,

tomato, mushrooms)

Breakfast Muffin

(split and toasted muffin topped with scrambled eggs,

locally produced back bacon and sliced tomato with herbs)

Scrambled egg on toast with local back bacon (or without if preferred)

Locally smoked haddock with lemon butter

Scrambled egg on toasted muffin/bagel with smoked salmon and lemon

Continental breakfast (croissants, selection of pastries, fruit etc.)

To follow:  Selection of toasted breads served with locally produced

marmalades and preserves from the Village Nursery, Whitwell.

Freshly brewed coffee or tea (decaf tea and coffee available

or herb teas if required)
